The “Domaine de Ravel” lies in the country side, in the heart of the southern Cévennes, at two kilometers from the little town of “St. Jean du Gard”. The village contains 22 apartments on 4 hectares, which are planted with pine and chestnut trees. It is an excellent hideaway for nature loving families and groups. At 1 km there are two small rivers: the “Gardon de Mialet” and the “Gardon de St. Jean du Gard”. Here you will find lovely places to swim.
The apartments (four under one roof) offer tranquility and modern facilities. The maximum capacity of the village is only 100 persons, this guarantees a hospitable and amiable atmosphere. The facilities and organised activities are exclusively destined to the residents of the holiday village.

All activities, except for the tennis court in July and August, are included in the price. You can freely participate in walking tours, river trips, archery, and ballgame competitions like jeu-de-boules, table football, volleyball etc.

At your request we will show you around in our home region: by foot or by bike; at car; at daytime or at night; on the land or in the water.....You will discover many different aspects of the Cévennes, from the lowlands up to the high “Causses” (lime plateau) and through the different valleys. You will be fascinated by the flora, the fauna, the inhabitants and their eventful history.

From April to October we are at your disposal in order to assure you a splendid time.
